TERRIBLE! bought refundable tickets and literally impossible to get through to anyone to speak about it. Contact form is pointless they never reply.

I purchased tickets for Two Women on 17 January for the Tauranga show on 12 March paying $129. 86. On 22 February I had an email saying the show had been cancelled and I would get a refund within 30 days. As I had received nothing I used the contact form on their website on 22 March asking why this had not been refunded. I received an automatic email saying it had been received and they would be in touch. No refund has yet been received or any contact so I used the contact form again on 6 April. Again an automatic email back but there is still no refusal or contact. There is no phone number to call to speak to an actual person. My next step is the Commerce commission and Fair Go. Any one else have a problem? I will ask on Neighbourly and Face book.

Do not use Tickertek!! They do not care about anything but money, asked for a refund on tickets when they changed the concert. It took 4 months for me to get the money back, they did not reply to 3 emails in that time. When I finally rung up to complain, the supervisor said to me "its fine" when I said I did not want to use use Ticktek again. Customer service 101 ???

The Refunds Team are really difficult to get a hold of, I have submitted everything over a month ago, got a doctor's certificate as to why I could not go, once that was gone through they advised I needed to wait 5 working days to hear back about my refund, it is now over 5 working days and still waiting for the management team to issue the refund! How hard is it To just give my money back, I have all supporting documents and still wait over 10 working days. Makes me not want to pay extra for a refund option for concerts through ticketek, SUPER ANNOYING!!! 0/5 for customer service skills
