A family member went in to look at tiles for her new bathroom and was shocked by her treatment - the older woman staff member was very rude and opinionated, telling my family member that ‘Your taste is very extreme’ - believe me it isn’t, what she wanted is simple.
The woman was also incredibly rude to another customer who was in store at the same time.
