★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bacon and eggs, loaded wedges and beef nachos the eggs and the wedges were really nice. The beef nachos had too much corn in it and the beef wasn't cooked for long enough. The moccas that we had were on the tart side but ok. The atmosphere was great a nice looking 60's diner atmosphere with cool Nick nacks on the walls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little cafe. Our go to for lunch when passing through Turangi. Not quite 5 star worthy, but best seafood mornay and chicken parmigiana we've had for a while. Friendly, prompt service with a smile.

Had a nice cheese scone and flat white for a quick breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since being taken over by new owners this is the best cafe in Turangi - and the best coffee within 200km!!! Great food, nice atmosphere, and awesome friendly owners who go above and beyond. They stay open much later than most cafes too. Won’t go anywhere else now!

Today (24/03/2022) came for breakfast and ordered eggs benedict with mushrooms and salmon, and plain cheese toasties, and enjoyed the entire meal, the atmosphere was so welcoming and the team were so great, warm, and friendly. I'm so impressed that I can honestly say Time for Food is my new local. If you're visiting Tūrangi, a local or passing through don't miss a chance to come, and enjoy the food here at Time for Food, I highly recommend them ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a gem place to find. Apologise some of my photos are little older but honestly 10/10 every time we've stopped in here at this gorgeous cafe. I was instantly obsessed when I saw the beautiful big pink Cadillac and from then on it was a must every time we are visiting or passing through Turangi.
I'm in love with their fluffy pancakes with that gorgeous blueberry compote and there delicious smoothies. Hot fries freshly done. Just mouth watering.
The decor is an aesthetic of its own it gives that vintage vibe so well I just love it that perfect pink counter. I just wanted to live here ?.
Great customer service as always. Definitely a must stop place to add to your list. You won't be disappointed.
