30mins later Menulog call to confirm that they hadn't even acknowledged the order. Both MenuLog and I called them for it to only ring. Menulog refunded my order.
I've one experience before this and the pizza was awful, I had hoped that they have changed since then.
Unfortunately they continue to be disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather disappointing experience. We ordered a pizza that was rather underwhelming - not much taste and thin toppings. Also ordered a seafood basket with disappointing parts of seafood that did not even seem properly cooked. Chips were somewhat undercooked. On top of that, the service was very slow, and proceedings at the shop seemed a bit chaotic. At least, the pizzas were fairly cheap, but the seafood basket was not, either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb pizza. Fresh, full of toppings. Happy to oblige with requests (more or less sauce, extra herbs and spices). Not far from the indoor rock climbing. Excellent flavours, well worth a stop. One of Turangi's secret spots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizzas were really delicious and were unique. The edges were crisp, well loaded with toppings and good amount of sauces, consistently cooked and more importantly delivered timely and hot despite of big order. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pizza. Good range on the menu cooked fresh for a good price. Each pizza co.es with lashings of sauce. Sides are good too especially the lamb bites and sauce. This family run cafe has side line in real fruit smoothies worth trying. Next to backpackers so can be busy at meal times. Staff are friendly and helpful
