Rude stuff got kicked out for telling her when she told me to get in line that im waiting for my son to pick up a toy and then i will. she then waits for me to get to the counter and procedded to start at me about what i said then refused to serve me then kicked me out. Not the 1st time i got spoken to rudely from there. Wont be going back.

Asked to see an exemption card, by law you don’t need to see it. Get a grip! We are able to supply this, but totally put off buying something. You legally don’t need to ask to see it, you CHOOSE too, therefore we can CHOOSE not to buy anything.

Prices in the more expensive area are just that! Expensive for donated secondhand clothes. eg $48 for streched merino jumper! Come on, buy new at the Warehouse or KMART. People come for a good bargain on donated clothes.

Looking at guys stuff - Some serviceable stuff in the $2 area, but anything good was in the "priced" area, and well over priced (often more than new) "good" meaning anything with a "known" label. Many, many counterfeit band t-shirts hung up all over, all priced well above the new price for licensed stuff. Dodgy.

First visit today. Bought 3 pairs of jeans and they were fabulous! No fitting rooms so do what you need to do to figure out if the clothes fit!

Love this place! Definitely my favorite thrift shop ever, if you don't wanna spend a lot of money this is the place to go! Last time i went here I bought 7 really cool pieces of clothing and it only came down to $14!

Amazing selection, great prices but no fitting rooms!!! The variety at places like the Warehouse is really disappointing, especially for menswear. This place however always seems to have something I like, even though their stock is fairly random. My main gripe now is that they took the fitting rooms away, this was a huge mistake. By law, consumers have to make sure something fits before purchasing. But how can anyone do this if theres no rooms to try things on? Seems really silly to remove them.

I love to visit this store when in town. The young lady on the till was really pleasant and friendly. Many people in store due to holidays. Good price points for the stock on offer. Some a little dearer in high end area? Otherwise great store with good layout.
