Never in my life have I ever written a bad review, but the experience I just had with one of the staff members was that horrible! (Middle aged lady with long brown hair). She was unbelievably rude! I feel for her poor coworkers who have to deal with her on the daily - used to shop here often but I will never be back.

Very unpleasant experience. We went one Sunday afternoon, just before closing. We were aware of the time and ran on in to the shop at 3:54 to quickly check for something. Upon walking in two staff members at the counter immediately told us "We're closed!" and "We are closing" In a rude and snappy tone. There were people in the shop, so we enquired, "What does that mean?". A rude man at the counter said "It means they're closed. Don't you know what that means?" The staff members laughed and the man said "Jeez. Millennials." The staff laughed and I said "Sorry, it says you shut at four on the door?" They didn't respond, or we didn't hear the response as we were on our way out of the door, and we left. Shocking staff and customer service, rude right from the beginning before us even saying anything. When asking "What does that mean?" we were genuinely confused about what we could and could not do as there had just been other customers going into the shop, and their reception to this question was just rude. Not to mention the fact that they were not even shut when they told us they were. Hopefully we won't be having to deal with these staff members if we return to the shop. Thank you.

An uncomfortable feeling.... Just got home after a day of Christmas shopping and I can't shake this one so I'm just leaving this here. I was in the changing room when I heard an exchange between two people (one must have been staff otherwise this is seriously awkward). One woman said 'Can you wear your mask properly, like fully covering your nose like you're supposed to - thanks'... it wasn't the words but the way she said it which just dripped with contempt. The girl/lady said 'Shall we just go..?' following which I heard the other woman call out from across the store 'thanks have a wonderful day' *Again insert an over the top amount of sass* I didn't even see this go down but overheard and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable... I decided to leave the store soon after, leaving the clothes I'd tried on for someone else. Look it's a challenging time for everyone - I get it. But we don't need to attack one another. None of us have set these rules up, compassion it the most vital part of being alive right now... because COVID will pass, but the way in which we treat each other throughout this time is what we'll bring into the world following all this madness. There are HUMANS behind the masks! Remember that people.

Plenty of car parks. And yes the recycling bins are right outside the door/carpark entrance. Cheers

A brilliant range of good quality (brand new in many cases) clothing. There's something for everyone in here. Even shoes, blankets, books, toys etc. Picked up some amazing jerseys, near new MacPac jacket and a dress this weekend, all for $55. They even have an Afterpay option.

Clothing was average & the price range was a little above average price for similar clothing elsewhere. Labels you can consider paying anywhere from $20 - $70 (with tags some) and that's shoes & clothing. Not as expensive as (Napier Save Mart-That's the worst for high prices) I have found. Other than that, nicely displayed. Clean shop. Friendly service.
