Absolutely useless service. Got a package imported from Hong Kong. Ordered on the 28th of October, package was swiftly prepared overseas and sent via airplane. Package arrived at Toll Mangere depot on the 4th of November. Package has been sitting at depot since that date. No updates whatsoever. Tried calling through to toll number and always goes through to voicemail, they never pick up over multiple days. How can you be such a big company and never pick up the phone for customers??? Received an automated generic response to emails too with no update on when the package would be shipped. I wish I could give 0 stars to this company because they are an utter embarrassment compared to other shipping companies.

I too am having to wait two weeks for a redelivery and still waiting. I also called their customer service and I waited 2hrs and 46mins before someone took my call. They keep sending emails to dispatch for redeliveries but I never had anyone redelievring yet. I'm very tired of calling and so unhappy. I had parcels from new zealand couriers and courier posts and they don't have this issue. This is the most stupidest company on earth and I hope they shutdown soon. Their logistics sucks!

UPDATE - My order arrived 5 weeks after it was sent so updating the stars from a 1 to a 3 only because the Customer Service was still abysmal (no response to my emails, no tracking) Would give zero stars if possible. I understand it's a busy time right now, but my delivery has apparently disappeared off the face of the earth and my three emails to Toll have all been unanswered. It's been a month now. The least you can do as a company is respond to people!

Worst delivery company ever! Never try to follow delivery instructions and always have to go back and forth between the customer service in order to get something delivered. Every experience I had with them was like this. Non of the other courier company drivers have problems following simple instructions.

Hate to be 'that' person. But absolutely useless service. I ordered over $100 worth of goods from cotton on. I expected some delay due to COVID but it's taken over a month and a half. Reached out to customer service via email, no response. Tried to call customer service, no response. I have been tracking my package and three times it says they have 'attempted delivery'. Not at one point have I had a card placed in my letterbox, or had any indication that an attempt was made to deliver my package. I have had other packages that have been delayed, but at least those courier companies have kept me updated in regards to this and actually delivered my orders. Honestly, the most useless courier service ever. Will never ever ever even consider using these guys in the future. I have reached out to cotton on and requested a refund because I paid for goods which I did not receive.

Like many of the other reviews I have been a victim of the phantom delivery attempt. Status showed "delivery attempted" two days ago even though no card was left. My partner was in the garage with the door up. I was in a room with a view of the street. My children were close to the front door yet no one saw or heard this mysterious delivery person. Judging by other reviews "delivery attempted" is a blatant lie. I thought they might automatically try to drop it off the next day but it wasn't to be and I have now been on hold with their apparently busy call centre for over and hour. Please for the sake of your customer service please don't use this company to deliver your goods because I will no longer order from the sender if they use Toll.

Toll Hamilton had my products from 9th March and did not deliver until 18th March. It was sitting at their Hamilton site for 10 days. I called them 3-4 times and they informed that they have shortage of drivers due to covid which is understandable however after my call today with Toll and trade tested, I was speaking to a lady at toll who was extremely ignorant and said “awesome” hearing the the incident rather than being apologetic. Further the driver came for the delivery today with no trolly. He was a lovely guy but we had to manually help picking up 4 very heavy packages. This is a pathetic service from Toll and would probably rate them 0 if I had an option. Attached photos as a proof.

Worst delivery service I've experienced ever. My order was out for delivery on 08/11 however, the delivery man ran out of time and reallocated my order elsewhere. Four days later still no sign for my parcel out for delivery. If the delivery man fails to deliver my parcel as he ran out of time wouldn't my parcel be a priority the next day instead of reallocation? I've contacted customer service multiple times yet no progress. Once a rude customer service lady also hung up on me instead of listening to my situation. Customer service is really horrible. They need to sort this out. Even if we try to call them we're on hold for more than 2 hours. They really need to sort out their service. I'm getting no answers from this company in regards to my parcel. If they can't do the job at least allow me to pick it up. Who is responsible if they lose my parcel? Are you going to pay for the amount of money I spent online? Good luck getting any reply from this company. Pathetic service don't recommend ever !
