★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flowers i received did not match the photo on their website, very disappointing. They should spend more time on fixing their site as i see that i was not the only one with this problem.
The lady there was pretty rude as well. Very poor customer service.
Won't be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth $69 i paid. The shape of the bouquet and the clutch is totally different. If a customer spend $69 it should be worth it. The shape is not even a clutch which shows in the picture on the page. Flowers not fresh which i do understand as it cannot be fresh for whole day and depends on when it is delivered. But everything else was supposed to be perfect but the ribbon used is also not what it shows in the image. Please be more specific and precise when you charging $69. Not happy at all specially when it was for my partner's birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visit the shop today to buy a pink bouquet. We clearly instructed that we want it to be pink for the occasion. The lady made a light pink with mostly her damaged orange flowers. We insisted on we only want pink flowers and remove the damage flowers out, in which she responded “it looks nice already, the orange will break the pink, I cant remove the orange flowers just can add more, do you want to take it or not”. Yup, way to go for customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I ordered a bouquet on a Friday to be delivered the following Monday and the order still hasn’t been delivered. When you contact them over the phone, they never answer the phone and direct you to send an email instead which is totally useless because they only respond back every 5 hours. I’ve tried calling several times and only managed to get through once, advising I have to wait until they hear back from the delivery driver… I’m still waiting for a follow up. When I asked about getting a refund they stated they would need to investigate this first which I would only predict will take another week or so to do with the poor communication. I would not recommend this florist, worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers and a gift for Valentines day and the flowers never turned up. I tried many times to cal and finally got through and was told dont worry the flowers will be delivered, asked for tracking details as the app they said would track my order did not work and she said they were with private delivery courier so can not get tracking. Flowers never came, ruined Valentines day stole my money, rip off and will be seeking recourse from them, I would not recommend to use them very unreliable and unprofessional...no wonder their google rating is so low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in very late on Thursday (an hour before close) the girl there was more than happy to help me last minute even with the limited flowers for the day left. The magic she worked was amazing, in 15 minutes I couldn’t have asked for a better looking bouquet. Service and flowers were phenomenal, highly recommend and a big thank you. Will be my new go to place.

Received peonies from my mum as a birthday gift, but could tell they were old stock as they were all open and already losing colour. Have tried phoning them several times over the past few days and no one ever answers the phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the $90 bouquet online delivered to a CBD address.
Bouquet is bigger than expected and in very good health.
Delivered on the date as per order and it arrived around 1pm.
Before and after photos (After 8 days) show how the flowers age. The big ones (Carnation?) that was open upon delivery wilted after 5 days. The roses, lilies and snapdragon are still going. Flowers do require to be put in vase and water replaced every 2days.
I would definitely buy from T&C again.
