★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute bad customer service . They do not know what they are doing . We ordered a PS4 two weeks ago that should have been delivered to the Botany store . When we enquired on Friday they said that it is packed in the Wearhouse in Auckland and will be picked up over the weekend or on the latest Monday . When we enquired this afternoon . it was still not picked up and no tracking number was allocated . Not sure why they are lying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traded in my old 3ds xl for a new oled switch. EB do not have stocks and don't accept any pre order. Trade in anyway for 81 dollars. Don't have a eb account and I don't want to have one. So I put it into a gift card it cost 2 dollars. Went to jb hifi, got the black and white oled(thank God ). Went back to EB use the gift card to get Zelda for 119 dollars. Well, all other places selling for 89dollars? So.... Can anyone tell me why EB is so expensive?
