Amazing energy and managed to book me in last minute on the day☺️I always go to Rodney Wayne salons but this was the best service I've received at any one of them! Keep up the great work, Pheak!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair looked healthy, and I was given a free fix up, because the first time I did not like the outcome at all. So for that reason I did appreciate that. Other than that, it’s still wasn’t the style I wanted and knew I wasn’t gonna get any different, but they did try? Overall I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am reviewing on behalf of a very close friend of mine as she was not able to speak up about this poor experience she had to go through alone. Being the good friend I am and having to not only review this on behalf of her from Australia, the service you have offered her was impeccable and not to mention the standards were not met. Looking at the photos she has sent through to me did not only lower her confidence level but also did not match the photo of the look she was hoping that your company could provide for her as it was nowhere near close to it. The pricing over this thoughtless service was not worth it at all with having to pay $475 out of her own pocket. Looking from what my friend has told me is that you may have only wanted to get her money and end it without caring or valuing the customer, because of this she had to go to another Salon that was able to help my friend out and fix the problem that your salon has created. Just to let you know they have done a much better job with providing my friend excellent customer service and taking into consideration the experience my friend willingly deserves, not to mention she only paid $240. Hopefully in the future a customer does not go through what my friend had to go through with having to pay for an amount that was not worth it at all as well as the service that your salon has provided.

After going to so many other salons, always leaving unhappy, I am delighted that today I was able to leave the salon absolutely loving my hair and with a huge smile on my face. They are professional, friendly, highly skilled and talented. I am absolutely in love with my hair. Thanks guys ! I’ll be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the most amazing experience at this salon! Came here for a colour and cut correction (originally went to a different RW salon first time) they really looked after me, listened to what I wanted, and corrected the colour that was done previously. I went in with yellow hair and a bad cut and came out feeling pampered and happy. I got excatly what I asked for from the two ladies that corrected my hair and will be returning to them from here on. Highly recommend this salon and the staff that work here. Thank you for looking after me.
