★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I am working in customer service I know how to serve customer I went heaps of time for my lunch to subway botany town centre there is lady her name is Seerat she is arrogant as I see another lady busy in serving but she ( Seerat) is standing and never serve me, that lady finish and come to me.. I would not suggest for this Subway ... She needs to learn some customer service skills and also need to have some smile on her face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always friendly service and good size servings. Good to see the toaster got replaced but now the menu board isn't working. Luckily I always know exactly what I want but others may get frustrated if they aren't familiar with the menu ☹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t like to put bad reviews for any business but think that might can change their customer service level. Went there last weekend around 4 for late lunch as soon as I approached the counter they said they ran out with bread they have only 2 6 inch bread left as I was starving was fine with that to make it to a foot long. There were 3 female staff there who were talking in their language while serving me I didn’t mind that till the last stage when the lady who was serving me charged me n put my bag on table and left the counter to join other two who were talking at the back room without saying anything. That’s so rude for the customer as I was waiting to see if my transaction is went through or not. That’s not the first time this happened to me just want to tell you guys please give proper training to your staff and teach them good cus service skills. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying not to be a difficult customer, I can still point out a couple of things they can change. The work station was messy and dirty. Female staff has long hair dangling around her waist level. Her black T-shirt touched my sub multiple times. I can see stains on the black T-shirt...

I ordered 3 platters for my daughters baby shower confirming the online price of $120.00. The lady agreed. My sister went to pick them up and they wanted $185.00 !!.
We tried to explain what i was quoted. The woman did not want to know so we walked away. The guests were hungry. I have never been so frustrated. NEVER shop at Subway again.
