★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car park was easy to find and checking in went smoothly. We felt that the site was secure and our car was safe and couldn't be interfered with while we were out on the trail. It is a short downhill walk from the end of the trail back to the car. We will definitely book with you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to have a ride to the start and a secure place to park our camper while on the walk. The team at the gates were so bright and bubbly, set the tone for a great day. We even received a text later in the day to make sure we made it off the crossing and back to our accommodation all good. Great service all round and lovely staff.

Gave us a lovely Maori welcome and some historical information on the journey to the start. Highly recommend this service and company of parking at end and shuttle to the start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was indeed 1 of the best hikes I have ever done. What an Amazing God we have for creating such a beautiful place to hike and enjoy. Seems like a perfect weather that day. Not too hot, not windy nor too cold. Thank You for the good shuttle ride too. Our driver is such a talker, giving us informations and histories along the way till we reached the starting point.

From the Maori blessing at the start, to his wonderful humour and stories of the track history, to meeting people a few hundred metres from the track end and then....to be met at the van with an ice cold beer.... what an amazing end to an epic adventure! The online booking was really easy. Directions were clear and simple and parking and the ride itself were really convenient and exactly on time. The crossing was a tough challenge but a magnificent tick on the bucket list. Thx for making our day perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wahine greeting us on arrival were great - friendly and helpful. Brilliant people. Shuttle service was also brilliant.
Signposting to find it could have been better, as the promised sign stating ‘Security Day Park’ wasn’t there.
My main reason for only 3 star rating is that when we returned to our car at 4pm, the office was locked up and no staff were in the area. Dozens of cars still there and we were by no means running late. I understood the ‘secure’ car park was patrolled throughout the day, but clearly no security at that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! The crew that checked us in, and then the shuttle driver also, were all super friendly and welcoming. The shuttle driver was knowledgeable and fun, sharing some local history and info. The blessing of the trampers, before we left, was very appreciated!
A little confusion getting on a shuttle when they moved us aside and put people on in front of us telling us that they had paid for the shuttle so got priority, but so had we ($140), but we got on within a few minutes so not a problem, just confusing.
All the correspondence beforehand was amazing. Great communication, even weather updates!!
So convenient when we got back from our tramp to be able to just walk to the end of the road and have our vehicle sitting right there.
A great service that I would definitely recommend and use again.
