β β β β β Had a chemical hair straightening done here. The stylist did the procedure wrong and it resulted in my hair not only remaining straight, but also recieving permanent damage. When I went back to them about it they insisted it must've been because I got my hair wet and refused to give me a refund. Would not recommend.
