β β β β β No one ever wants to find themselves broken down on the side of the road, but if you do... Eric from Total Towing is your man! He arrived with a cheery smile (even behind the face mask), and took the utmost care to hook up, tow and deliver my vehicle to my mechanic after hours. What could ordinarily have been a pretty stressful situation was super easy when leaving the job to Eric. Thank you for your manaaki.

β β β β β Friends car was towed by police using this company. Called to enquire which depot the car is and when we are able to collect it, man than answered was nothing but rude and then hung up before we could ask which depot it is at.

β β β β β Gave them a call just to get a car towed down the hill, sounded super helpful until they said it was $95! Then when we wondering if there was any way to get that cheaper as we were just up the road and could roll it down the hill for nothing, the guy on the phone came off extremely rude saying we should βbetter get to rollingβ quote on quote. When we had initially gotten it towed about a week prior as we had broken down they werenβt very friendly over the phone either and never gave a good indication as to how far away the tow truck was, just stating it would βbe there soonβ and βit will be there in a couple of minutesβ
There are better companies out there - advice is to never just go with the first one reccommend, we were given this company and certainly wouldnβt reccommend them to anyone else
