β β β β β We took our dog away from the Other vet in Papakura because it was quite expensive AND Bad Service from the Vet himself. It wasn't worth my money. His 1st compliment on our puppy was, "is she a breed? If i was You, take her back" Like omg... who'd want that? Left that Vet and took her here. These ones care no matter what and where our animals are from, they Care! Even up til Now, our Puppy is So grown and healthy!

β β β β β Had the worst experience at this place and I will never go back! My first visit was terrible as the blonde veterinarian was not confident with handling my dog even though she is just a pup. I got my dog's 2nd injection and was then invoiced for the service which I paid accordingly. I called in again to arrange the next injection and requested if i get invoiced for the service again. Then once i arrived the blonde veterinarian rudely embarrassed me in front of the whole waiting room, saying "if you don't have money then why come here?". I tired my best to explain to her that I called prior and ran it past the person on the phone (receptionist) who told me it was fine. I pay my accounts monthly just like any other business but due to this ill-treatment I will never forget how insulating this lady was. No customer should be treated this way. At the very least she should have pulled me aside and spoken to me about this concern in another room.

β β β β β Very dissapointed with my cats treatment with Drury vets. Apart from her getting out of her cage and escaping under the vets for hours until we could entice her out (mistakes happen - but she was trumatised) I paid $680 for them to take a biopsy of her lumps on her ear and send to the lab. I rung them twice in the next two weeks to get a vet to speak to me about the results and no one bothered to ring me back. I finally got a call today from them - 3 weeks later - to say sorry the results got lost and they now need to do more tests. Not once even asking how my cat was at all. She has had no antibiotics even though she has had surgery. Shocking response from them. needless to say I told them I will not be returning

β β β β β WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE! IF YOU DONT PROCEED WITH THEIR OVER PRICED SURGERY THEY CONTACT SPCA AND FEED THEM A LOAD OF BULL AND LIES SUCH AS TELL THEM THE CAT IS IN PAIN YET WE WERE TOLD IT ISNT IN PAIN AND THEREFORE NO PAIN MEDS WERE PRESCRIBED BY THEM FOR IT! THEY ALSO FREELY GIVE OUT YOUR PRIVATE DETAILS!!!
A recent post on the local Franklin Grapevine page shows bad service is now an extremly common occurence at this Vet Clinic.
This place use to be great now its simply just money hungry! I checked with them on prices before each step so I knew what I was gona be paying, however upon receiving the bill other expenses had been added, when I questioned this the response was along the lines of how dare I question my bill. So as a long time customer of this place im sad to say I wont be returning any time soon and know others who have said exactly the same.

β β β β β This is an awesome vet. Jina (vet) and Sarah (office/reception) really do go the extra mile for my two furries. One of mine is petrified of vet but aggressive with other dogs. They always make sure all animals are out of the waiting room before bringing her in and quickly into the consult rooms. Really good service and they really care about the animals and make follow up phone calls randomly to see how the pet is getting on. Thanks Jina and Sarah. You certainly put my mind at ease when my furries are unwell.
