"20% discount on everything else".
On enquiry. This actually means 20% off everything except Lego is 15% off. Very interesting.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Toyworld NorthWest. The team have fantastic customer service and an absolute want to help. A great store with an amazing selection. If you love Lego this is an amazing place to go. They have a great selection and even have some hard to find sets. Including full sets of collectible minifigures. Give them a call or pop in and see for yourself, they really do appreciate the support. Keep up the great work. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are ridiculously too high compare to other shops for the same item, i would suggest to Google the item you buying and compare the prices. One of the item I bought was 30$ at the warehouse but $89 in Toy world! They only offer credit note no refund, I suggest making the right choice when buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to visit the store when it was over the Westgate side and they were pretty good, but today I went to the new location over in North West and I dont know if this store has changed hands but their simply was no service and I was about the only one in the store at the time. I spent a good 10 minutes in the store and the whole time the staff were all way too busy having a loud convo behind the counter than providing any form of customer service. Wont bother returning if thats the way they want to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest range of Lego I've ever seen in one shop! Sadly a smaller range of Barbie, but it was still a good time :) Staff were nice and friendly but let me shop in peace once we'd exchanged pleasantries and I said I was fine to browse. Ended up buying some Playmobil blind bags which I didn't even know existed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience we encountered ever! The staff are very rude and humiliating. From other reviews prices are unbelievably high, staff are always busy with some other work than attending customers. I enquired about price of few toys, paid and was leaving store then some thing unbelievable happened. Staff accused us of not paying and humiliated us in front of everyone. Upon showing stuff and asking why they stopped us there is no explanation. Whole experience was nothing but bitter and felt very humiliating with a kid. We are never going there and not recommending any one who expects self-respect to go there.
Regarding owners response: I can see where is the issue starting from, it's the whole team... If there is so much going on and you are stressed, install cameras and tag scanners at entrance like how others do, rather than accusing people who paid you $$$. There are only two staff on Saturday and both are at counter when we paid. How can staff forget things in matter of minutes? Is it negligence? Do you still expect customers to return after worst treatment??? Your response is simply an attempt to cover up. Please see all recent reviews.
