Not only did they do everything they promised, they also offered additional advice for our hike, offered opinions on weather and were flexible with our booking in the middle of peak period.
They offered a personal touch and generosity like few other similar services – we highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike and Kiyomi have been amazing - couldn't recommend them more. They were flexible (we changed the side we wanted to start Routeburn from a few days before the hike), gave us some great tips for the camp the night before and for the route and overall it went super smooth and easy.
It saved us a whole day of travel using the van relocation service which was great.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike and Kiyomi offer a seamless service that made our experience of hiking the Routeburn Track almost entirely stress free! I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of having a vehicle relocated to either end of the track, especially where the alternative is taking a coach or just doing a day hike. The only negative was that we didn't get to meet them both!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently completed the Routeburn Track from Routeburn Shelter car park to the Divide. We experienced the expected 2/3 days of rain, which only added to the dramatic vistas.
We used TrackHopper to relocate our car and would highly recommend this service. Mike and Kiyomi communicated promptly beforehand and delivered our car with a full tank, note with petrol receipt, and service checklist. We even bumped into Kiyomi in the Routeburn Shelter car park, who was extremely friendly and offered us some local knowledge before hitting the trail. The convenience and quality of service more than justify the cost when considering a key swap or the shuttle. I hope others will choose to support this awesome, Glenorchy-based business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend using Trackhopper when hiking the Routeburn. The convenience and quality of service totally worth the price. Mike and Kiyomi are very professional and knowledgeable, communicated promptly, provided clear instructions beforehand and even emailed the link to the track video, side tracks information and other tips. They also explained their insurance cover and communicated with our car rental company. We had a pleasure bumping into Mike in the Routeburn Shelter car park and having a chat. After completing the track we think these guys are superhumans to have trail-run the track so many times and doing the whole lengths in just a few hours. The entire Routeburn experience was epic including car relocation.

It is wonderful seeing someone enjoying the trail so much - a fantastic business idea to support his running hobby! Very well priced service based on the amount of time, effort and sweat Mike and his wife put in. Worth every penny!

Communication from Mike was top notch and he provided heaps of useful info about side trips along the route. It was such a great feeling to arrive at the end and be able to hop straight into our car rather than waiting hours for the bus at the shelter! Thanks so much Mike!
