A stock area at the back was used for customers to change (for their limited clothing range), but at the last minute the manager comes, blocks the door and yells that I'm not allowed anywhere near. As clearly others have been welcome to use it the kind and professional staff member that was looking after me until this point was shocked and embarressed. I was publicaly made to feel like a potential thief, not a valued customer.
Was it my race? What I was wearing? I was going to make a purchase but may not buy from brand again.
