★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to retrieve 20 dollars with my NZ driver's license. The clerk there told me that as of that very same day the rules have changed and the NZ license only works to prove my identity and not my address. There's the need of a secondary ID. If I had my passport then an internet bill will suffice but with the drivers license I need a birth certificate or a marriage certificate or a letter from the bank not older than 3 months. Whybdo I need to proof my address?! I'm prooving that I'm myself already! I called the Western Union help number and they told me to gonto another office as the clerk was being unreasonable to them as well. I hope your company goes bankrupt.
