★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmatched deals and customer service. $160 for 7 days and no payment until arrival. It was a third of the price of Budget or Avis and included free km and the car was freshly cleaned upon our arrived. We left the service desk in 10mins and were ready to explore Queenstown. To the person below complaining about insurance excess - get travel insurance. That said if you don’t have it they’ll protect you for $5-10 a day. Pretty standard process, actually had a laugh reading some of the stupidity with the negative reviews, most were their own fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even a 1 star. We came to queenstown last month and the guy there took our rental payment and we had to pay a bond on top which we should of gotten back after 10days. It’s been over a month and the customer service is horrible saying that money isn’t a bond and making up lies. $253 bond and the car we had was dented anyways. horrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental from Queenstown branch. Added two car seats to the rental. They were put in a car with no auto retraction seatbelt mechanism, and I wasn't provided with any form of belt clip or lock device. The rental agent who was very nice suggested I used the top belt and that would be sufficient. Which it isn't. This is completely unsafe and I had to source my own clips on the Friday before a long weekend. Shout out to Tots on the move.
Oh and the top tether anchor was broken on one of the seats and had to be exchanged.
Otherwise rental was fine
