Very professional, courteous and thorough.
Friendly atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dangerous. These guys will take 3 times and 5 months ($150) to refer you to a sports med, let alone a specialist. I have had organ pain through the middle of my back which is extremely worrying and can be very serious. after 3 times going back, I was referred to a sporting physio with a waiting list when I could potentially and MRI. Before that it took months on end to get to a specialist when I couldn't move my arm due to my shoulder more than 6 inches. Then after finally complaining, I got a quaterzone from the GP at Travis who put it in the wrong place. The specialist confirmed it was frozen shoulder, which I already suspected after researching.. on YOUTUBE. So if you want to pay $50 to have someone tell you to "Keep up your fluids" then be my guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was calling because I had possibly broken my nose and my usual doctor is all the way in Belfast and I needed a close doctor and the woman on the phone was really rude and said "you aren't enrolled with us" I told her that I know but I don't want to go all the way to belfast because I am in pain a d she just repeated herself then hung up on me! Disrespectful person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great GP service unless you're seeing Sue Price. Due to her saying I only have "self reports of PTSD" which she doesnt beleive to be the case I am now jumping through hoops to get covered by ACC after a violent physical assult. This was looking into by a psychiatrist who agreed that my case is post traumatic symptom related but to ACC this doesnt matter because Sue already gave them the impression I was bending the truth. I genuinely believe she should rethink her career choices or at least have some training around compassion and mental health. I'd like to see if she experiences any trauma after a broken nose, two black eyes, partial vision loss and whip lash or if she just has "unrelated anxiety". Tim Wong however is amazing.
