★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always found the doctors and nurses to be very helpful, sympathetic, sensitive and understanding. I felt supported and comfortable. The staff are very professional and not judgemental at all in their treatment of me. They were very approachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely frustrated with them. I called for advice for a young teenager and waited from just after 4pm for over an hour on their 0800 number as their recording states " your call is important to us please stay on the line". No answer! I have proof of the call. Unprofessional!!
