Dr. Ruzaimah Mohammad is just an amazing G.P. She is lovely to speak with at every appointment, she explained everything to me in a very clear manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful service, nice employees, doctor got me sorted ? Second time I’ve come here for urgent care, and I felt very looked after both times. I had to wait a long time the 2nd time I came, but that’s okay. I remember that it’s because they need to triage based on urgency. So have patience, everyone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the reception desk- friendly and helpful when I didn't have my payment card and was quickly given alternate access to pay on line, to the GP who is great with information to assist me with condition. Professional, kind and in all was very satisfying. Very happy with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it wasn't for the amazing Doctors and staff at Tui medical I would be here today or even celebrate our only daughter's 21st last year.
Through their quick actions my cancer was found and removed within 6 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the acception of one monotone receptionist who makes you feel slightly uncomfortable and unwanted, everyone here is SO friendly and willing to help you. You really see why they decided to get into medicine, because they really do care about people and that is so incredibly important when you’re a doctor. The place is also very clean and tidy and they don’t often have long wait times like other providers.
Tui Medical Urgent Care is where you want to go if you need care urgently and want to be see by a Dr who TRULY cares about your situation and what you’re going through, and who will actually use his/her power to get you the things you need.
I can’t thank them enough for the help they’ve given me.
