★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always take my dogs here. Found out alot of my mates do too. I didn't even know. This place is so great, the owners are so friendly and are salt of the earth people. I've been taking my dogs here for years, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, we were sent back on the day of the check in because the owners couldn’t handle my dog. Owners were not friendly. You are a kennel, you and your staff should be trained to handle all sorts of dogs. Might as well shut down the place since you can’t handle a big dog like mine. Also Would be better if you guys let the dogs come in before the initial so they can familiarise with the environment, rather than letting the owners down on the day of the booking. Would not recommend this place. With all due respect you should train your staff how to handle dogs. Cheers.

This is in regards to your previous comment about my dog, he is not classified as a aggressive dog therefore you have no right to say that about him. I don't think you remember but you were the one asking him to sit, not us.He is undergoing training by BarkBusters, maybe you should seek training advice from them and regarding the water thing, as i told you that is what his trainer taught us, ALSO AS I MENTIONED BEFORE DO A TRIAL DAY SO YOU DON'T TURN PEOPLE DOWN. I THINK YOU GUYS NEED MORE TRAINING AS HE WAS ACCEPTED BY ANOTHER DOGGY CARE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO HANDLE ANY SORT OF DOGS. I suggest you also change your description on your website ans clearly you do not cater for all dogs Or maybe time for you to retire and don't you dare say negative things about my dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My shy little pooch had so much fun there and from the photo updates I could see she was extremely comfortable and happy. Upon pick up Ruby was a barrel full of excitement but made sure to give the owners some love before she left. We will definitely be using Sharrows again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and super caring towards all the dogs during their stay. My dog absolutely loves it there. We've used them for kennelling for a few weeks at a time. I highly recommend!
