★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an ultrasound growth scan at 33 weeks and the Asian lady was very unhelpful, couldn't tell me which body parts were where or the size and measurements. Response to every question was "I don't know because I don't know what size you were before". Upon leaving, she gave me an envelope with 'photos' of my scan, I opened the envelope in the car and all I saw was a blank black photo, no limbs or body parts to be seen. Wouldn't come back here again. New Lynn & Smales Farm Horizon are highly recommended though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unreliable clinic. I made a booking a month in advance only to be informed a week before my anatomy scan, that they cannot do it (without any reasons). When asked to try and accommodate this appointment in another clinic, any time that may have worked for me seemed fully booked. I now have to call my obstetrician , find another clinic, that is available, bother my obstetrician to send referral elsewhere and bend over backwards, when all I did was organised myself and my booking in plenty of time. Lady on the phone was not helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute horrible experience I'm literally still shaking and shocked at the service I received today at Horizons radiology on Lunn Ave, Remuera. I went in there to have an x-ray done for my son. As soon as I got there a man greeted me and asked me for my form as I handed it over he immediately asked for payment so I got my card out and thought to myself this usually happens after the service. Anyway, he said "when you're ready" referring to payment all the while he was fiddling on the computer asking me questions so I must have got distracted and didn't realise payment didn't go through. I went to sit down and then I got up and asked for a receipt to which he responded - "what receipt? you haven't paid? - just calm down..." in such a rude manner. There was no need to reply with such rudeness just say "sorry you haven't paid..." But this was not the end of the horrible exchange. By that point I said I am not happy with this service to which he responded "what service should I provide you??? should I do the scan or not?". I found him aggressive and intimadating and in shock I just wanted to get over done with and leave. I had my 2 school age boys with me and they did not need to witness such behaviour. Horrible service. I paid for the x-ray but he seemed to think he can talk to his customer any way he likes. If I could rate it zero I would. His name was Luke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my growth scan 2 weeks ago , receptionist was friendly, and I liked the male sonographer as he was very detailed about what he’s was doing and what he was looking for . Was very informative would go back again if need to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't actually been to any horizon radiology clinics as it's been impossible to get an appointment. I've sent numerous appointment requests and follow up emails and have heard absolutely nothing from anyone. They don't answer their phones and their call back service doesn't work.
