★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never be back to this pharmacy again. Pharmacist was extremely rude and judgmental when I asked for pain relief medicine as i am getting tattoo removal which is very very painful. She said she didn't believe me and her customer service skills leave much to be desired. I left feeling like dirt because of her extremely rude manner. I would suggest your employee gets some people skills training as shes a pharmacist and is supposed to help the public. Very dissapointed and will not be back. I suggest others dont either. Very very dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience :( The WAY I was being spoken to and attacked. I left feeling hurt, humiliated and dirty. I'm a professional 47 yr old woman and cried from the humiliation. Shocked by the aggressive demeanor of the sales person.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv lived in BHB for years and they've always had excellent customer service. New people, and néw times because of this virus that is clearly not an imminent threat to society. I can walk into every other pharmacy without a mask except for this one. Sadly they don’t believe it’s discrimination. I had an exemption but the pharmacist didn’t care. I can’t wear one for medical reasons but they didn’t care..they did however still want my money as they came over standing close by with the eftpos machine while I stood outside. So from now on I’ll avoid this pharmacy as much as I can. Haven’t worn a mask since Oct21 and this is the first time iv been treated like this. Please read the covid website and inform yourself. Also stop living In fear or you’ll end up dying of stressing yourself out before a variant even gets to your toes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for the flu vaccine for myself and daughter, when I got there, got told daughter was too young...she is 15 years old, so I told her its not the covit vaccine, its the flu one, she still told me no, go to my GP. Then I said since I was already there, can I have mine done, she told me the person is on her break!!!! It has FAILED on so many levels, she got my cell phone number and couldn't be bother to call me to stop my coming in, and the booking was for both of us so if she can't do it I should of, this is soooo bad, I wouldn't trust them with my prescriptions either now. Our family used this pharmacy for so many years, they were so good, what happened?!!!
