The staff were quite friendly when I asked questions about getting an ear piercing. However, the quality of the process was terrible. My ears were pierced unevenly and the staff tried to cover it up saying "that's how it's supposed to look" when it was quite obvious that it wasn't. I was very unhappy, but didn't bother to ask about refunds.

Highly disappointed at the service of this chemist. We went here to have 2 ear piercings done and we went here because although you are one of the most expensive places to get ears pierced in Wellington, I was told your service was lovely. We didnt experience that at all.We got home and that night found there was an earring missing in the bag since technically only 3 ears were pierced out of the 4.I called the next day to be told by a male that there was no earring he could see and that the person who did it was away so come back tomorrow. We traveled from 20mins away to come here and get this done so "coming back tomorrow" wasn't convenient.A couple days later my partner who had the receipt and was the recipient of the ear piercing went in and was made to feel like a liar, that apparently no one called them and while he was talking to one woman another was rummaging around in draws saying there is no evidence of an earring left. How rude.I called the chemist after he called me to say what experience he had and was also made to feel like I was a liar. Why would we come all the way there, pay nearly $70 just to go all the way home to want to run around for a single stud which you can get for $5 at The Warehouse? It was the principal and your service in dealing with that was horrible. The amount of energy to resolve this by finally picking up this single earring was unnecessary and dare I say should a different looking character walked in I can guarantee he wouldn't of been made to feel like a liar trying to get a freebie. Shame on you. Obviously reading the other comments on here your either treated extremely nicely or horribly. Obviously you need to check your staff because its a chemist at the end of the day where people NEED to go!

If I could give this chemist a minus I would. The pharmacists are good but there is one newer customer service person that usually works the make up counter at the front of the store that is rude and judgemental. If I can avoid her I do! Has NO idea what good customer service is and either needs to get a new job away from the public or sent on a course that will give her the skills that she is currently lacking. Its disappointing because she is letting the rest of the team down.

A terrific little chemist with a friendly, helpful team, who will no doubt know you by name if you continue to fulfill your prescriptions there regularly. I get repeat prescriptions there so often I've been made to feel like family ?. Honestly, the sales assistants are very amenable once you get to know them, and Matthew Grey is the most laid back pharmacist in town. Don't be shy. The general vibe of a smaller business like this is priceless ? They are also open every day of the year apart from Easter holidays, Xmas and New Year.

I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy. Even during the COVID lock down they have been professional, friendly and helpful. I noticed a lot of reviews about piercings - To anyone who goes to a pharmacy to get their ears pierced, please do yourself a favour and go to a professional piercing studio.

Stand out chemists and pharmacy. Have been very helpful with almost every query we’ve had as a family. Very quick to answer phone queries as well.

This has been my local pharmacy for a few years now, and even after changing to a medical centre with its own pharmacy I will still always come back here. Matthew the pharmacist is so kind and helpful. Other staff are great too. Very friendly local pharmacy. Highly recommend!
