β β β β β Had my first float yesterday and will definitely be back... very comfortable and inviting environment and Reuben is very friendly, informative and helpful. Amazing way to 'hit the reset button'... it's not until you're in the pod that you realise how overly-stimulated our brains are! Had the deepest and most restful sleep last night that I've had in a long time and woke feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. Absolutely recommended.

β β β β β If you struggle with anxiety and tend to stress easily, and want to find an escape from it, look no further than Uplift. The sensory-deprivation pods are amazing and relaxing. I've come out of the place feeling as though I've had a restful sleep on a cloud ?

β β β β β This place is awesome. The rooms have private bathrooms and showers and the experience is amazing. I have floated before once but the vibe of this place is so calming and chill. Great way to reset the mind. I'll be back 100%.
