I am a landlord, They have been looking after my multiple rental properties for 3 years. They have done a good job. Quick in finding tenants and quick in solving issues like repairs. The best part of their service is communication. All emails and equities are responded almost immediately, at all the time (even during evening and holidays). I used to have another big agent as my property manager, who only replied less than 1/3 of my emails. They seem always there, ready to talk. The rents they get for me are always good, sometimes even exceed my expectation. We had no troubles at all so far with tenants. From a landlord point of view, they are just awesome.

Horrible experience .
I highly recommended landlord never ever give UTrust any business, Shelley Xue won’t take any responsibility of your property but your money ! untrustworthy Is only word I can say .

You have spent 1 months to post the furniture on Facebook that tenants left without landlord permission.is this your free service means?
You have broken the agreement and always have excuses for your poor management.
I’m open for everyone to share more details of Shelley’s worst service. Hopefully help people get right Properly Manergar,avoid huge loss.

Shelley was very understanding of the situation and, despite the extremely short notice (my accidental booking was in two days time) and their no cancellation policy, she helped me to contact the helpdesk and apply for a full refund due to the error.
