★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered a part last Sunday. this is Friday. my part is FINALLY on its way, shipped LATE Thursday. CC was billed right on time LAST Sunday. Too bad shipping is not as quick as billing. No email saying shipping will be delayed. No apology. No nice note. Absolutely NO IDEA why anyone would give this service a 5-star review. Haven't even seen the belt I ordered and won't for 4 or 5 more days. USPS shipping is a 2-3 zone to me, NOT 10 - 12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommend! I have 2 Dyson vaccums, a stick one and a corded ball one. Neither were working properly. I phoned VacShac and the lovely man diagnosed what was happening over the phone, and I was able to fix them both myself! What a great service. ?
