★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to see if our Dyson hose was fixable, was told it was and to bring it in. Did so and was told by the same woman that it couldn't be fixed but we could buy a second-hand unit. So it was just a ploy to get us in the store. Was told a second-hand Hoover was worth over $900 new which we know it isn't. Wouldn't buy here.

I picked up our vacuum cleaner from these guys after waiting for 2 weeks. paid a $50 deposit, had a call saying something was wrong with the power cable, when this was totally incorrect, picked up the vacuum, Paid another $50 . They could not supply the filters. went to Godfreys purchased the filter pack for $49. got home, opened up the vacuum to replace the filters, and there was still dirt and dust in every part of the vacuum cleaner. Clearly the Vacuum Cleaner Specaialists had NOT done anything to my Vacuum Cleaner. Very unimpressed.
