Good customer service but a very small range and extremely high prices compared to their competitors. I give the following example using the Renova Zero replacement pods. Vape Merchant $19.80. At Vape $14. Shosha $14. Vapourium $14.90. This price difference is ridiculous.

He was under no obligation and nor had i inferred that but he was more than happy none the less to replace them at no cost to me this is a rare thing today and wish them all the best for the future.
