After a day I had troubles with the vape not functioning properly, so emailed about the situation and was advised to come in for a chat. They took the faulty vape for the night to try fix it, I went in again the next day and they happily switched it out for a brand new replacement. Very impressed with the service and the way they handled the situation. Other places can be very accusatory over things like that but they were so nice and I couldn't be happier. Will be a loyal customer for sure!

Through the staffs recommendation, the PHIX device successfully got me off the cigs which I'm very grateful for. Never had this level of support and help from any of the other local vape stores.

Staff happy to replace, and I love that they have recycle bins for all used vapes..
