β β β β β don't trust them, insist on exactly what it will cost & get it in writing, even better, don't go there., they are dodgy, when i asked why was the charge so high the old guy did not truthfully say what the issue was & he doesn't won't mind spinning a line about whats wrong with your bike when the reason is far from his opinion. i explained to him the issue was from a previous issue the attempted to fix and broke, then he charges me extra for the normal service & labour again for his previous poor workmanship. very bad person to deal with.

β β β β β I have found Wootons great to work with. Always friendly, helpful. Good advice and no problem to hard. Great range of scooters. If you are looking for a great low cc scooter to get around town with top service this is the place.

β β β β β I wouldn't recommend these guys. They are more interested in taking your money than actually solving the issue. Asked if they did a compliance check - they said yes. Turns out it's not a compliance check, they will just tell you VTNZ will tell you if you took it to them. I objected asking why would I pay for the same info twice and to their credit they didn't charge me for it. I asked if it he could confirm if my moped had a limiter on it so that wouldn't go over 50km/hr. He checked and said it didn't and tried to sell me the device that would do it. Not convinced, I took it somewhere else and asked them to check and write a letter to take to VINZ for the compliance check. They reconnected the wire to limit the moped to 50kms and wrote me the letter.

β β β β β They only want your money, bought a scooter from them a year back which they were very nice about, but that's how they get you. Once you buy it and start servicing it they make you service it at 300km, 1000km and every 1000km there after. If you don't service it as they say you will lose your warranty. They over charge you for a simple service and make you grab a coffee or walk around the mall because all they really do is an oil change but for 79$ instead. There is one guy there called Ronaldo and he knows his stuff, only good employee there. Plenty of other places which know how to service scooters properly for much cheaper and will help you with any problems.
Sure you can buy a scooter from them but I would service it elsewhere. If you do service it there you should stay in the parkinglot and see what they actually do, this is for your own sake.
something also seems wrong about the idea that they advertise on trade me 4 different year models of the Euro rider V sport at the same price. They all look the same with the same identical picture used. Wouldn't trust these guys..
update: called these guys up again and the dude with the jacket tried convincing me that a CDI is specific to the scooter. As someone who did 2 minutes of googling i figured out this is not the case. He tried selling me his CDI for 65$ which look exactly the same as the ones off aliexpress. i decided to buy one off aliexpress for 7$ and it works better than the stock one that came with the scooter. This guy also said there is no difference between AC and DC power. This place is a massive scam. no knowledge and money hungry.

β β β β β These guys are great. I was looking for a horn for my Ford Ranger and these guys had it. I bought a chrome pair for about $60. Installed it and now it's the best ever. The sound is amazing. The staff had to test it in store before I took it away. Very professional and friendly. Would go there anytime now after my last visit. ??
