★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today for the first time…. and I loved it. I had the amazing Keelen (hope that’s how you spell her name?). She was attentive and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She also styled my hair and made me look fly as hell when I walked out the door??. Cheers team ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo Northridge plaza is amazing! I had Jenny and she made me feel so comfortable after some bad salon experiences. She created exactly what I was hoping for and more and she’s such a lovely person. Which made the whole experience incredible. Definitely will be coming back!
Can’t wait to see her again! Go in and book with her, I promise you won’t regret it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience today, the head massage while they washed my hair was heaven. Jenny did an expert colour (very natural looking) and cut, and styled it beautifully. Looking forward to my next Vivo Northridge 'do'!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had waited a year to get my hair colored and cut. From reading the reviews online I figured I was in good hands so I booked in with a senior stylist. The color I requested was straight forward but left with uneven coloring, streaks that were not properly toned like the rest. When I tie my hair up the layering she gave me looks terrible & hacked. When I told the stylist I wasn’t happy with the end result she said “easily fixed” no apology or I’m so sorry. I called up and spoke with the manager who was also non apologetic but did offer to fix some highlights. I noticed my hair was really dry and found out they hadn’t used Olaplex - apparently that wasn’t part of the $350 package I booked but I wasn’t to know that it’s just standard practice in salons these days to use a protectant against bleach. So I’m coming in here to warn other people who haven’t used Vivo salons before to really do your research and read reviews before hand otherwise you may be disappointed & a wast of time and money.
