★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a cut and tone here yesterday and I have never been happier with the colour of my hair! Had the loveliest lady Ash do my colour and another lovely lady to my cut, this is the only place I trust to get my hair done!

Bought a grabone voucher and salon was busy so I had to wait 2 weeks before they can see me. I though ok, that's fine. That's a popular place , fair enough. Then last night I received a text message to reconfirm the appointment. About an hour ago, I received a call from their call centre to tell me my appointment has been cancelled because of double booking. I'm very busy and going to the hairdresser is a big deal needing a lot of organising so why couldn't they make the other person change their appointment as it could be less inconvenient to them. Then it turns out there's no double booking after all, it just didn't suit the salon. They had 2 weeks to get it sorted, let alone not offering me that time slot in the first place. Will get my money back and never come back that's for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it a 1 but my colour was pretty good so can't fault that. There's nothing like being told your hair texture is coarse and do you straighten it daily as its really dry, or maybe you you bore water which is the reason why. Firstly the hairdresser hardly talked to me until she had washed it out, secondly after 2 hours I had to ask for a glass of water, thirdly we got a better interaction out of the lovely man who was trying to get a job and fourth I paid $180 for highlights cut and a toner, then $50 for olaplex and $20 for a an extra foil. So $250 for okish experience. I aslo booked in on my birthday so I could leave feeling a million $$$. When I left I felt cheap and trashy. Sorry vivo but I won't be returning to any of your salons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in there getting my hair done, highly recommend Vivo on Rathbone street. I really enjoyed it. Really happy with my hair, Shinae done an amazing job with my bayliage& root melt& cut. Iv have had so many compliments. Will definitely be back.
ALSO Lisa done an amazing job on giving my daughter a complete makeover with a short haircut, my daughter is incredibly happy and really enjoyed coming in there. Loves her new hairstyle
