(Which I might add, ended up being a “fortunate accident”.)
I went on the cancellation list & was stoked receiving a call that they could fit me in, and help me with my ginger brassy roots.
I was under the skilled hands of Bianca.
Not only did she give me a consultation of what we could realistically do, she understood the brief and then fully executed the ‘vision’ of what I was after.
From start to finish she put me at ease.
I left feeling so happy & beyond my best expectation, satisfied with the end result.
Bianca was meticulous in her delivering the finished product and I felt so special with her time & attention to detail.
It has been a long long time since I have walked into a salon and they have captured 110% what I wanted, colour, cut & style.
I noted Every person that was in the salon that time, all with different hair types, different colours, left smiling. I enjoyed the sense of community between the stylists & the fact that every person that came in was made to feel valued. So ecstatic I have found my place as still being relatively new, to Northland.
Can’t wait to go back!
