Very unprofessional, not listening what I want and just doing what was easier for her I had a cut and a colour, wanted highlights but she said colour would be better and I would get a blonde tone I wanted, instead got orange- yellow hair that no toner could fix, wish I did it myself at home , my hair colour would come out better And I would save $$$

I visited the salon to attend my 1:30pm appointment today but I was unfortunately left waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time, with no explanation or apology to why my appointment was running behind. It was clear that I was going to be waiting a while and I didn't have enough time in my schedule to wait any longer. I left feeling disappointed. The experience could have been easily improved with some communication. the salon was far to busy and overbooked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents paid for me to get my hair don't before Christmas a couple of years ago. I asked for a colour, trim and treatment plus a straighten. The lady didn't really listen to what I was wanting. She dyed my hair and within 5 minutes she washed it out then treated and wanted to leave my hair curly. I had to really argue with he that that is not what I wanted. I left feeling rather upset with my experience. As this was my first time going to a salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the appt to get old colour taken out, I know by experience that it might not go as light as I want it first go. However having had my hair bleached and coloured many time ( I love vibrant colours) I always use a hair salon to bleach it.
I have never had my hair done the way it was done at this salon. The colour strip and actual bleach solution was not the problem. My hair was pulled, teased ripped and not one decent section was done for the bleach to reach each strand of hair, resulting in my hair still having original colour spotted all over. The hairdresser was nice enough but looked like they had no idea how to section hair. My colour strip dried ro much then the bleach was added to my roots by the hairdresser basically slapping it on while trying to pull my hair apart that had the colour strip on. The bleach was not evenly distributed resulting in spotting all over from my roots to mid length. Not happy at all and will not go back. Everyone knows you must section your hair and make sure every strand of hair is covered in bleach.
