I was fortunate enough to be served by Hadley, who sorted the whole thing out for me, explaining everything in easy to understand terms. What this guy doesn't know about mobile phones is not worth knowing! I'm really impressed, and very grateful for the excellent service. Thanks Hadley....you're a champ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove all the way to Tauranga to get my phone repaired, was told it wasn’t covered , checked and found out I was . Can’t even ring and complain because they don’t have a phone line???? Cheers for making drive 2 hours , and spend the week holding my phone to charge it

Although Luke at the Bayfair store told us he was new to the job, he was fantastic at helping us with our purchase and changing everything over, the whole process was effortlessly dealt with, he is an absolute credit to the store, even though we had to wait for the particular phone to arrive as it wasn't in stock he kept us informed and let us know now exactly when it would arrive so that we could collect as soon as, really great service and a real top staff member, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into today and I apologize and am so sorry I did not get the name of the person who looked after me, but I'm sure it would be easy enough for the company to find out by looking at the roster.
The only young fair haired person serving in the store between 1230 and 130pm today 22.10.21.
He was incredible, he showed empathy, professionalism and integrity as he took over my phone for me and sorted out an IP address problem and updated my phone for me. I would like this young gentleman to be acknowledged for the wonderful job he does.
This store is lucky to have such a fantastic person working for them.
