β β β β β Lobby and entrance to elevator area are like a hostel. Facility is old and they charge 2% fee for paying with credit card. The room is spacious.

β β β β β Sorry but this pace doesnβt even deserve a star. My family and I checked in before 4 and came back down to find a park somewhere because although itβs advertised as being provided they were full. When we came down we received a $60 fine because we were parked in a tow away zone 4 minutes outside the allocated time, which really pissed us off as the women at reception told us it would be fine for another 2 hours! And the directions they gave us for parking took us onto the freeway towards the airport. We drove back and immediately got our bags and got the hell out of there. When we went to give our key back and ask for a refund for at least the first night but they denied us and then supposably called the manager and had the audacity to speak in full Indian in front of us like we were idiots. The hospitality is unbelievably rude and the smell alone is enough to turn anyone away. If you are looking for a friendly, comfortable and welcoming place to stay for a Holiday do not come here.

β β β β β The location is very nice very near civic and citysky hotel. Clean cool room with complete home amenities including kitchenwares and washing machine. Employee response to querries and assistance were solved quickly. Downside the breakfast is mere ham n egg sandwich plus apple. Generally its a very good place to stay.

β β β β β I'm from Sydney Australia, and I went to Auckland before Christmas last year. I found the facilities to be good, and the location is very conveniently located.The food for breakfast and dinner was very good, and the service was friendly and helpful. I recommend this place for a visit to Auckland at a an affordable price.

5 minutes away walking from the Sky tower.
WiFi is great although the password system sucks big time.
Very good value for the money. Recommended.

β β β β β This hotel was designed by people who didnβt care about the convenience of guests. It faces Hobson st, the main exit street from Auckland city. This is, without exception, the busiest street in the whole of NZ. Exhaust fumes and noise 24/7 are a constant.
The entrance is tiny and features 3 ten minute parks, so if youβre wanting to invite local people with cars to visit you, forget it unless they are willing to pay $30 for 24hrs of parking in the rental parking which this hotel allegedly has.
The hotel can apparently host several hundred guests, but you are likely to get trapped with many guests in the tiny grubby lift lobbys and very small lifts. God help you if you have to evacuate this building in a hurry.
The guest apartment I saw was reasonably spacious for 4 people but the hotel has crammed king size beds into bedrooms too small for them so consequently there is only a 20-30cm gap in which you can get around the bed.
I blame the penny-pinching designers and short sighted developers for creating another ghastly hotel built on the cheap in central Auckland.
