★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use the VTNZ for an unbiased inspection of my car for WoF. The price is a bit on the steep side at $69. As far as customer service goes, that's dealt with the ladies at reception. You can't book an appointment there so you have to take your chances that it won't be busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird experience, my vehicle passed 4 months prior yet same VTNZ different inspector i was failed on my tyres width referred to get an LVV for my tyres, mad twist the only place in Wellington doesn't answer their phone or call back.

Nothing to notice until you arrive and the doors are closed and head inside to ask

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible - no one available for motorcycle wof's, nothing to notify other than a note when you get there, you send a reminder for the wof, what a joke how about advising at the same time you no longer provide the service. absolutely ludicrous!
