β β β β β Very poor customer service
The Lady working on customer service is answering very rudely. Even shouting on other staff members as well Infront of many customers. I feel bad for other staff.
Before even greetings she started I am not serving anyone I am doing my work.
Excuse me, you are here for customer service and at least you can talk politely to everyone. Anyway I know they are not going to take any action on that.

β β β β β Just want to appreciate Ron who was instructor today. He was very professional, clear and polite. He gave clear instructions and was very polite while giving me the feedback. He deserves a pay hike ?

β β β β β Today I witnessed the woman who was doing the licensing be absolutely so rude to a customer ahead of me. Trying to rush her to fill in her application for no reason at all. I am happy the woman ahead of me stood up to this rude customer service representative. I hope vtnz sort this out. This was on the 12/2/22 at 12pm. No one answering their phones as I also was calling from outside and no one wanting to pick their phones up at all. Happy to never come here again!

β β β β β I just had my Full License today and passed. Deepak S was the assessor. He gave the instructions clearly and no unnecessary noise and head gestures. Just plain clear instructions and doing his job which is very good and helped me take the driving test calmly.

β β β β β I was so thankful to VTNZ Sylvia Park today. Feel so good after having my conversation full license test. first of all the customer service is really good and my examiner Mr. Shiv was so kind, generous and polite with me and he gave proper instructions and also gave me feedback on how to improve more.My overall experience is so good today I have passed my exam smoothly. Thank You ?.
Also the last test I had was really bad I wouldn't recommend the instructor Shao. Otherwise VTNZ is good.

β β β β β I was having a test and a message came just before the test that it was cancelled?. And this is the 5th time same thing happening?. I was totally frustrated because 5 days I had to call my manager and almost fake my death for sick leave. Me and my Friend still went to this branch Mt. Wellington. Asked for justice. Reception lady called Manager. Mr. Khan - an absolute angel without wings. We were so prepared to burst... He simply handled it like a pro ... 20 years of his experience was right there in front of us. He listened patiently and said he can request a Saturday test if possible. I was 90percent already convinced. On our way back home he called me and said - lady if you are ready for test now we can do it. Trust me. I was super happy for the effort he took... And not to mention the lady who took my test. I wish I remembered her name ?. She is so patient and calm lady. Gave crystal clear instructions. She made me feel comfortable. Clearly told me my mistakes. And I cleared my Full driving test ladies and gentlemen ? I am absolutely overwhelmed with the effort that they took. God bless them?

β β β β β Waited an hour with 3 lanes going despite only one car in front of me. No prioritisation in order of arrival, had to leave without getting a check. Very little urgency with inspectors chatting away. Thankfully trainee staff member was helpful and gave me voucher to use at another VTNZ and didnβt have to come back.

β β β β β I just want to say Thank you to Paul who was my driver test officer today. He was friendly, calm, and explained everything clearly. He also gave me feedback at the end for improvement which will help in the future.
I took my test at 930am and it was smooth driving for anyone who is wondering what time is a good time for a test.
