★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch to convert my driving license. The staff was so slow and unprofessional. She spent a lot of time figuring out what she had to do, and finally, she could not explain exactly what I need to do. I spent an hour outside of the branch in the queue and 45min inside for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to vtnz to sit my learner license and I skip two questors and they are meant to come back at the end they did not come back and I did nothing wrong and i only got two wrong and it told me i failed vtnz should of just give me my learners license because i past it was both vtnz problem and nzta problem they just mucked me around and witched caused me to get flustered witch meant I failed the next one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nearly hour and a half wait only to find the people in the other line got through faster. We tried to not be bothered. It was also a little confusing what to do with COVID but it was all explained and we just had to wait in our vehicle until the tester came and told us to go to the office. After that it was super easy and seemed very quick and best of all I got my warrant of fitness.
Just a shame we had to wait so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my vehicle COF done from VTNZ of a new car that I had just bought from a dealership. The COF failed because there was no net in the boot. I was told by the staff (Joseph) to purchase a new net and come back the next day. However when I bought the net I went back to VTNZ to confirm I had bought the right thing. I was assured that I had the right thing and should come back tomorrow morning as they were closing.
When I went the next morning, they told me I had hooks missing. Which they didnt tell about before. I was so frustrated. I went to Repco, Supercheap, Bunnings but could find those hooks. I went to wreck yard to see if I could find anything there.
The whole process took so much longer that it should have only because I wasnt given the right information the first time. Disgusting service given by Branch manager (Trevor). His way of talking was very rude and he didn’t wanted to listen to customer at all.
I advise people not to visit this Vtnz branch. They’ll definitely try their best to get you in trouble and make more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two hour wait, it was okay. Mechanic missed a couple lights that were dead when I went to get it re-checked. It’d be pretty sweet if they had a sign at the front of the entrances with an approximate wait time like they do at some pharmacies or medical clinics.
