★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This feedback is in relation to communication about operation of the VTN station. Turned up today about 2:55pm knowing it closed at 4 driving from my home after seeing how busy it is online (accordingly Google it wa quiet). Got there to find cones up and a sign saying they were only taking rechecks, come on it's not like most people just walk up they plan to visit. Get it together, you need to be more responsive it's not the 90s.

Good service and quick when they get to it, but unsure how they run the lanes as one seemed to have 5 vehicles go through to 2 on the other side. Makes it hard to judge how long you will be there. Needs some sort of lane management and timer system so customers can stay informed.

With mistakes and things I needed to work on, he was always calm and understood how I was feeling during certain scenarios. For my restricted practical test, I had someone who didn’t make me feel more nervous than I already was. He gave helpful advice at the end and was calm and direct during the test

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service by Tamar this morning covering customer service on her own. Constant queue with a wide variety of varying requests - licences - motor vehicles and motor bikes, eye tests, photos, WOFs, eligibility of non citizens for services etc. All carried out very efficiently and courteously. The lady deserves a medal !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service from my receptionist (offered a screwdriver to remove plates..but I did have one...small things count guys) but a pretty aggressive and loud comment from someone else on the counter was probably uncalled for..."don't tell me what to do". And the trainee laughing at the car colour on a label he had just printed could do with a but more training. Inspectors are great though...make a clear effort to get things right.
