★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Find the doctors great,as for the RECEPTIONIST (Samantha) I find her to be far too nosey and when you don't give her the information she wants to know (which is NONE of her business as she's only a RECEPTIONIST)she then makes it difficult to even speak to a nurse!!! I find it highly disgusting as my mother is terminaly ill and doesn't have much time left,yet she wants to make it extra difficult to just get her medical diagnosis emailed to me as I'm her agent.... unbelievable...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing team. We came here because our son had an accident and was very upset and I’m pain. Alice the receptionist was incredible - she was so empathetic and caring and tried so hard to distract and reassure our son. We saw Dr Glenn Twentyman and he was equally reassuring and caring; he was very encouraging and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Waiheke Covid-19 vaccination team! I was feeling Covid weary when I went for my second jab but the team here are fantastic, a real shot in the arm! :) Very friendly, warm, caring and empathic - real fun too. I actually felt uplifted when I left. Thank you so much for doing what you do, in the way you do it! Respect.
