Hired a hatch back over the weekend. From the booking process, to picking up the vehicle was straight forward. We were processed quickly, so from start to finish it went very well. Would highly recommend!

Used the car for 12 ks in total to measure a job. Being honest,emailed them and said we hadn't filled up again, so expected the $25.00 surcharge or even have it wavered because of low milage But also got a bill also for $27.00 of fuel on top! The place is a rip off and dishonest as the couldn't have had the fuel tank fill in the 1st place.

fraud company It is a terrible experience to rent this company‘s car I was charged $45.49 again today one month later after last traveling. there is no reason, I paid for $84 for one day rental,I filled the full petrol,paid for the extra parking fee when we returned it. and the car was very dirty inside,this is the worst car rental company I used. they are still ignoring me,and I need the proof of the checking form or fuel payment for the extra ,they can not give me. and bad attitude to customer,horrible customer service. didn't receive my call and not email back

Booked a car seat that was advertised as NB-4yrs and unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for a baby under 2 years old. It had no support so should’ve only been advertised as a booster seat. The car also had a tire in the boot (not a spare tire, it was due to be dropped off to the post office). Understand it wouldn’t have crossed their mind I may have a pram in tow in an already snug car.

The worst customer service. The car had left over meat pieces and overall was filthy. Rang back, didn't answer. This went for like a month because I wanted a refund of my money. The car broke down half way, took them 1h to get another car on the way so that was a waste of our day. On completion of our trip we were charged another $25. I rang back, asked to speak to their manager which took so many days. Finally after talking, they haven't gotten back to me with a decision on my refund. They even asked for proofs of the filthy car because they didn't believe me. I sent them and STILL NO REPLY ON THE SITUATION. Super annoying and such bad ignorant customer service. Never rent your car with them. As you can see all their reviews are negative.... If you guys are reading this which you probably will, I want a refund on the money otherwise I will have to take further action. Thanks

The worst! I emailed after our trip to express our disappointment in the car for the price paid, and to make matters worse they couldn’t even be bothered replying. The car was falling to pieces, literally. It felt extremely unsafe so we barely used it, a waste of money. I also rented a car seat for my baby, which had beer bottle caps & dead snails sitting in it, and was the cheapest hunk of junk I’ve ever seen, and needed to be completely rethreaded before I could install it (be warned they will just throw the car seat in the car but not bother installing it for you). I don’t have one good thing to say about the car or the customer service, except the guy was friendly on the phone prior to us picking the car up.

Didn't really want to put even 1 star. I have Booked in advance 2-3days before and the reseption said the car is not ready to be picked up at 9:30am when I arrived, the reason was because of short staff which is very noncence. Then need to wait about 45mins to be ready and the reception said 'Customer had to find the car without key but it's should be alright as the key is in the car if I found' I felt very starange but just followed her advise. I had to find the car from the huge public carpark, so I found the car locked, no key around. Such a wasting time to call the boss or the reception, and need to wait for someone to bring the key . Their excuse was ‘short staff’, this is not short staff but it’s stupidly human error . LISTEN, the cars look just old I would say it’s not even worth to get insurance. The smell was disgusting, too. I will suggest anyone not use this car rental company. Definitely not. Better to bring your car using sealink or probably there are some better option available. Good luck with your business as there will be only ' first time customer' but sorry to say there was no improvement since I used this company a few years ago.

Gotta be the worst car rental service I’ve experienced. The car they gave was terrible. Making unusual sound, struggling to start the engine, and door handle is broken. I expected that it’s been cleaned before we pickup the car but it wasn’t (had empty bottle and full of sand). Had to refuel like 5 times before I returned the car because fuel gauge wasn’t working.
