Unfortunately due to the lockdown in April and May 2020, Recall appointments for our existing clients have been delayed. it is important that we manage this and catch up. As a result, we have made the decision not to see new clients at this time. WaikanEYE Optometrists opened in 2011 and is co-owned by Simon and Bruce Little. The Little name has been associated with optometry in the Horowhenua/Kapiti Coast regions since 1979. We are your local independent eye care professionals – mixing a bit of that old school feel while keeping up-to-date with the advances in eye care technology. Our Optometrists will perform a comprehensive eye examination while taking time to listen to your concerns, and provide you with solutions and management plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I sat onto my expensive, corrected sunglasses, so that the side bridge of the glasses frame was badly bent. First, I went to the OPSM in Paraparaumu, where the optician shook her head and made me clear - there's nothing left to do here. But, I did not want to give up yet, drove to Waikanae to the WaikanEYE Optometrists, where a friendly lady confirmed to me that the optician will do his/hers best. Therefore, I left the glasses there and - hoped. Oh yes, it was my lucky day! The optician could actually adjust the frame without breaking it and the sunglasses looks like new again! What I particularly appreciate - apart from his/hers first-class, professional quality and the excellent service: He/she took the risk - and made it! Thank you very much.
