β β β β β Excellent rooms, clean and well maintained. Rated four stars as we had issues with no hot water for a few hours, (had a wedding that day) some girls had to use water from the kettle until they replaced the gas tank.

β β β β β This is a beautiful apartment complex the staff are very welcoming and give you a feeling of genuinely waiting to help and ready to give advice. I ask the staff if it was possible for a late check their reply no problems. They also made me aware there is free mountain bikes available and the code for the gate on spa pool complex. The apartment we rented for the weekend is one bedroom with a separate lounge. Its was immaculately presented very clean and very well set out. The lounge is very romantic with a fire and real coffee. The bed is comfortable but the only downfall is no TV in the bedroom just very small point for me when having a lazy sleep in would been nice. This will not stop me from staying here again I have now found the accommodation for me and my wife when we stay in Wanaka. I recommend to book direct with the hotel you get a much better deal.

β β β β β Four of our family stayed at two-room duplex. Quite luxurious accommodation as the name says. I particularly liked the bedding and kitchen. Staffs are very friendly. reception has quite a good selection of DVDs and we borrowed some to watch at night. Housekeeping service daily, which is great. Overall good place to stay and not too far from downtown but there are a few things which could be better -- 1) noise from neighbor 2) heating does not work well although this is partly addressed by heating mat at each bed 3) living room is rather dark (no big deal though).

β β β β β Absolutely loved this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean and tranquil. Beautiful luxury cabin feel, lots of heating and warmth. Loved sitting by the fire at night chatting and watching a movie. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Very nice townhouse style accommodations. Design and amenities would suit the colder months (mudroom, heated flooring and fireplace). Place was quite warm during November, but aired out nicely and was never uncomfortable. Doesn't seem to be active cooling, so summer might be interesting.
Apartments are not free standing. Appeared to be four to a block (two 2 bedrooms in the middle and two single bedrooms on the outside - we think). This means windows only on front and back of accommodation, which makes it quite dark. Again, would suit winter. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms great. Lovely little courtyards and some great views of the mountains.
Easy access to Wanaka village and the lake (and walk to that Wanaka tree). Nice surrounds with what seems a mix of holiday accommodation and retirees. All well appointed. Locals are lovely. Feels very safe. Decent playground close by. Older kids would be fine to run around.
Wanaka itself is gorgeous. Wonderful place for families and other travellers.

β β β β β The apartment was great. Very clean & comfortable and felt home-y. The only 2 things that weren't as great was the pool that didn't seem as clean(we decided not to use it) and the fact that there weren't any mosquito nets on Windows. We had a lot of them on the first night there and it got way better only after we closed completely all the windows for the second night. (Which made the room a little hot for us with no fresh air) We were there 4 nights. Everything else was really good.
