β β β β β A young bloke who thinks he knows it all. When it comes to taking money that's always yes no matter if the phone is faulty or broken. And when it comes to sort out the issue no response and still haven't received all the items paid for. Don't deal with this company.

β β β β β It was a good store the only downfall was that they had advertised a mint condition s8+ for $399 on market place Facebook, so I thought oh awesome mint condition usually means nothing wrong with it for that price! Got there and the s8+ for $399 did have some screen damage and a couple were quite bad definitely not what I personally would call mint condition and the actual mint condition ones were $100 more, probably wouldn't go there in future but except for that it seemed okay. Okay edit turns out the charger you guys gave me is the wrong charger also so now I have to go out and waste $20 because you guys don't know what charger to supply with which phone, not good service, and it did say mint condition I see on the messages with the seller it said you guys changed the description so it doesn't say mint condition anymore after you got called out 1 star!!!

β β β β β The phone I bought from them had several problems which they fixed but when.one got fixed another popped up and I got sick of it so I requested a refund . All of a sudden they message saying they cannot do the refund as there was a "crack" In the screen when I never dropped it OR pulled it out of its case will never deal with them again

β β β β β At first I received a faulty tablet. I was mad. BUT THEN when I communicated this with the management team through email they were so fast at communication with every email I sent, it didnβt take them long to respond, they were efficient with finding me another one and were so kind with the situation.
In the midst of all this stress within the covid19 they were really excellent with communication. I just received my new tablet and itβs perfect. No faults. In great condition.
Now my son can have his tablet and Iβm one happy momma.

β β β β β I have now bought 3 items from Dextech. Two Iphones and one Ipad. There service is fabulous. They have also always been happy to help me out with technical questions (probably silly ones). I have had no issues with any of the devices. All in next to perfect condition. I recommend them to everyone that I can, that want to buy new devices. I cannot recommend them more!

β β β β β Super quick delivery (overnight) and phone in great physical condition. When I contacted them for a battery issue, they sent a courier round to collect it within 2 hours, fixed it and returned it within the week. So impressed with the service, responsiveness and value - thanks guys :)
