β β β β β Bad experience. Ordered to print and bind a few numbered pages. Collected from the store and found out that the pages were all mixed up at home. The holes were made at different sides of pages so I cound fix it when I tried. Emailed about it and got the answer that it because of double sided printing. When I tried to put the pages on order with the intention to bind them again, I realized that it was impossible! They asked me to come to the shop so they can fix it or refund. I came, but they couldn't reprint the same day! The staff suspected me in making up the issue, saying that they were unable to see what was wrong because I unbound the book and insisted that the holes were on diff. Sides because of double side printing. One book is NOT worth of coming to the shop 3 times and arguing with rude people. Always check prints in store or, better, go somewhere else.

β β β β β I just want to say how amazing the team at South City Warehouse Stationery are! I went in and the copy centre was super busy BUT the line went down super fast and I was able to use the Gallatin and sit at a customer desk area while waiting for my images to print and cut up my paperwork as needed. I normally pay them to do it but with the line and the wait they asked if I'd like to use their gallatin and I did so and couldn't be happier with the service, the layout and the products received.
The image quality is so amazing, and I will definitely be back.
Thank you for making today super easy! And for the wonderful service, plus the area for us to do what we need to while waiting for our images. It is very thought out and I am super happy!

β β β β β Went to get a quick print job done but took very long. Yes there was one guy in front of taking so long, but you have all these staff on and all this technology but only one person on printing duty. Yes there was a self printing station but my credit card would not work so i had to wait in line. The lady who served me was nice, but just so inefficient. Also when i was waiting in line this lovely old lady tapped me on the shoulder said i looked well dressed and asked for help at the photo printing station (i.e. Crop and rotate). It was a pleasure helping this lady out, but makes you think why didn't she asked your many staff that was rostered on? You should hired me lol :) nga mihi

β β β β β ordered item online 23th april 2020 , click and collect .. still waiting 9th may 2020 , very poor service , not even answer to my email , item required urgently to work from home , totally disgusted when other services can supply within 3-4 days at the most

β β β β β Bought a camping mattress a couple of weeks ago and it started deflating after a few uses. Very understanding staff that offered to exchange it for us. They even took the old one to fispose of it! Great service!
